Cancellation Policy

The WestDerm Group dermatology practices are committed to providing quality care to our patients in rural areas of NSW. Whilst we strive to be as accommodating and understanding as possible, missed appointments or last-minute cancellations can significantly impact our ability to serve others. To ensure we can continue offering timely care, we have implemented a cancellation policy for our dermatology and cosmetic bookings.

If you fail to attend your appointment or cancel with less than 2 business days’ notice, a $100 fee will apply. This must be settled before booking any future appointments.

Cancellations with at least 2 business days’ notice will not incur a fee.

Patients who repeatedly fail to attend without notice may be restricted from rebooking in the future. In some cases, full prepayment may be required as an alternative.

Due to high demand and significant wait times, this policy is in place to minimise last-minute cancellations and no-shows, ensuring all patients have access to our services as efficiently as possible.
